Refund policy

1. We do hope that you will be very happy with your Marla & Primrose piece. However, if you do wish to make a return, please notify us as soon as possible at info@marlaprimrose.co.uk.

2. We will be happy to give you a full refund provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. 

3. Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains the customers responsibility until we receive it back. We therefore recommend that you use a tracked postage service with insurance.

4. Delivery charge and the cost of return postage will only be refunded if the piece is faulty.

5. All sale items are non-returnable.
